This Cookie Policy explains how Pickorashufflespot Media Portugal Lda. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, HTML5 local storage, and related tracking technologies on pickorashufflespot.forum. This policy is designed to be transparent, informative, and fully compliant with the European Union ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC as amended) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Cookies are small alphanumeric data packets deposited on your computer or mobile hardware when you access a website. Local Storage (such as HTML5 localStorage) functions similarly, allowing modern web applications to store persistent user preferences—such as your dismissal of the cookie disclaimer banner or your spatial graphics toggle—directly within your local browser sandbox without transmitting data back to the web server on every individual asset request.
Below is an exhaustive classification of all first-party and third-party storage tokens implemented across our Portuguese rooftop guides:

Strictly Necessary Cookies: These tokens are essential for core site navigation, security firewalls, and preserving your explicit privacy selections. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, prior consent is not required for this category.
Functional & Spatial Performance Cookies: Used to customize the visual fidelity of our 3D background animations according to your hardware device’s rendering speed. If disabled, default 2D fallback banners will be displayed.
Analytics Cookies: Help our editorial curatorial team understand visitor flow across Lisbon, Porto, and Algarve listings. IP anonymization is permanently enforced before any analytical record is compiled.
In addition to our persistent bottom consent banner, you retain absolute authority to inspect, purge, or block cookies through your native browser preferences:
